Job Summary
Accountable for shaping local account strategies to advance cancer care offerings in Delhi and drive performance through evidence-based therapy adoption. Lead cross-functional engagement with oncology healthcare professionals (physicians, pharmacists, nurses, administrators) to support on-label prescribing and multidisciplinary decision-making. Build and sustain long-term partnerships, coordinate multidisciplinary workshops and speaker programs, translate market insights into practical plans, and drive demand while managing budgets. Demonstrate capability-building across MDT/DMU teams, ensure compliant, ethically-aligned promotion, and share insights with product development, marketing, and sales teams. Essential skills include a University Science background, 3+ years of oncology sales experience, strong product knowledge, relationship-building ability, effective communication, and proficiency in managing customers within the pharmaceutical industry.
