Job Summary
Key Account Manager (d/f/m) Tork based in Schenkon, Switzerland. Establish and manage relationships with designated distributors, drive negotiations, listings, content management and online shelf optimization; act as sparring partner for local sales team to develop distributors on e-commerce touchpoints; lead multifunctional projects locally and internationally; share knowledge with local/global stakeholders to advance the Tork strategy. Requires university degree in economics or related field, significant sales/customer-management experience, digital/e-commerce proficiency in B2B, strong analytics/KPI capabilities, German and English fluency, and willingness to travel domestically.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Economics or related field
- Significant work experience in sales or customer management
- Digital and/or E-Commerce experience in a B2B environment
- Knowledge of digital online shelf, customer journey, analytics, activation, KPI tracking and reporting
- Fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel domestically
