Job Summary
Lead and execute acquisition strategies and manage customer relationships across the full sales cycle from pre-acquisition to spare parts sales; negotiate price, contracts, and claims; develop customer-specific offerings; conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize portfolio; build long-term relationships and support internal/external reporting and events; strong negotiation, CRM/tool proficiency (Power BI, Salesforce, MS365), and language skills (English plus German/Hungarian beneficial); travel 20-30% and operate in a hybrid setup from Timisoara, Romania.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management or customer-facing commercial roles
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 / TS 16949 environments
- Project management experience is a plus
