Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for leading the implementation of new services with operational collaboration, coordinating SOPs across Sales/Operations/Finance, penetrating organizational structures beyond main contacts, ensuring SOP adherence across Crane Worldwide offices, monitoring finances and payments, maintaining reports and CRM updates, driving corrective actions and quarterly business reviews, and traveling within the region to visit accounts and maintain customer satisfaction; requires strong organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years 20experience in the industry, or a related service industry
- Minimum one-year operational experience in the service(s) the account utilizes
- Professional certification may be required in some areas
