Job Summary
Lead sales strategy and manage growth for assigned retail accounts; develop growth plans, coordinate channel marketing around retailer promotions and key drive periods, forecast and analyze sales performance, lead customer meetings with clear objectives and commercial storytelling, prepare assortment review materials with trends and retailer-specific recommendations, monitor competitor activity and promotions, identify whitespace opportunities and strategic growth initiatives, build trusted relationships across multiple levels of the organization, travel as needed to support account development, and partner with reseller and distribution teams to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities are captured efficiently.
Required Qualifications
