Job Summary
Own a defined portfolio of healthcare practitioner accounts, driving unit volume and product penetration by aligning solutions with patient protocols and clinic objectives. Lead Joint Business Plans to identify growth opportunities, recommend products across priority categories, and introduce digital protocols. Execute sell-through tactics including promotional offers, sampling, and category education to convert into incremental patient purchases. Actively promote digital subscriptions, CRM treatment plans, and auto-refill strategies to drive recurring revenue. Achieve physical and virtual call activity metrics while utilizing CRM to track preferences, pipeline, and performance. Collaborate with Marketing, Trade, and Customer Service to optimize account support. Monitor local market dynamics and competitor activity to address risks or uncover opportunities. Deliver proactive territory and account reviews. This remote role based in the Denver area offers a salary range of $77,500 to $110,500 plus a $40,000 annual commission target.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years in B2B sales, territory management, or account-based selling
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas using a consultative selling approach
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Sales) to manage pipeline, forecast, and document account interactions
- Trained in foundational sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN) or equivalent internal training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related field
- Ongoing participation in internal sales training, category education, and digital enablement initiatives
- Knowledge of HCP engagement strategies and selling into practitioner-based clinics
- Knowledge of Joint Business Planning frameworks and account planning disciplines
- Knowledge of Product categories including gut health, immune, pain, and women's health
- Knowledge of Digital tools such as patient subscriptions, CRM-based protocols, and treatment plan automation
- Knowledge of Sales processes from prospecting to close within regulated or healthcare-related markets
- Strong ability to build and grow professional relationships rooted in trust and shared business outcomes
- Strategic thinker with strong business planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and adjust tactics to drive unit volume
- Technologically adept and comfortable with CRM, digital communication platforms, and reporting tools
- Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a clear focus on performance and revenue growth
- Ability to develop territory and account strategies that deliver sales results/KPI's
