Job Summary
The Pet Health OTC Key Account Manager/Coach is responsible for maximizing profitable sales of Elanco Companion Animal products in a designated territory. This role involves developing relationships with pharmacies, pharmacy chains, and wholesalers, as well as coaching account managers. Key responsibilities include executing effective sales calls, managing territory operations, and adhering to company policies. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in FMCG, consumer, or animal health. Strong analytical skills, leadership, and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this position.
Required Qualifications
- Higher education
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience
- Empathy or passion for pets, the industry and its stakeholders
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with indirect reports
- Mother tongue French
- Advanced level of Dutch and English
