Job Summary
Key Account Manager (Chinese Speaking) to lead and develop a high-performing team, managing Chinese client accounts in Zambia and the wider Southern Africa region (including DRC). Acts as senior liaison between Chinese clients and Operations/Admin, ensuring best-in-class service, proactive service improvement, and delivery of tailored proposals. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, validating invoices and service documentation for Chinese clients, identifying incremental service opportunities, expanding coverage across Southern Africa with remote and on-site support, and maintaining professional, culturally aware communication with clients.Required competencies include experience managing key Chinese client accounts (Zambia/DRC or Southern Africa), Mandarin Chinese proficiency or strong familiarity with Chinese business clients, cross-functional coordination, strong commercial acumen, detail-oriented service delivery, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Requires 2-3 years of hands-on sales/account management experience and a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Sales; professional sales/key account management certifications are a plus. Fluency in English and Chinese; French is advantageous.
