Job Summary
Lead account strategy for oncology offerings in Chennai; translate market insights into practical, measurable plans; engage oncology healthcare professionals in science-based discussions on approved indications, efficacy and protocols; establish and sustain long-term, collaborative relationships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses and administrators; build capability around oncology value proposition and label data across MDTs/DMUs; arrange and deliver multidisciplinary workshops and speaker programs with physician advocates and KOLs; drive demand, manage budgets with rigor and ensure compliant, balanced messaging aligned to guidelines; collaborate cross-functionally to sharpen strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications
- University Science graduate
- 3+ years of sales experience required
- Experience in Oncology vital
- Detailed product knowledge
- Demonstrated ability in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships
- Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Effective influencing and communication skills
- Proficiency in customer management
- Strong commercial competence
- Confirmed selling skills
- Organizational skills, good analytical approach, ability to handle complexity with a high degree of maturity
- Must have completed 1+ years in AZ
- Must not have been on PCP/PIP in the last 2 years
