Job Summary
Lead account strategy and cross-functional engagement in oncology for the Chennai market. Build and sustain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and administrators) and translate market insights into practical, measurable plans to elevate brand performance. Coordinate multidisciplinary workshops, speaker programs, and scientific exchanges to shape clinical understanding and practice. Drive demand, manage budgets with rigor, ensure compliant, on-label prescribing, and deliver results with speed, ownership, and integrity by partnering with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams. Demonstrate strong relationship-building, product knowledge, and commercial competence to support oncology care and patient access in the local context.
Required Qualifications
- University Science graduate
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience in Oncology
- Product knowledge
- Ability to establish and nurture strategic relationships
- Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in customer management
- Demonstrated selling skills
- Must have completed 1+ years in AZ
- Must not have been on PCP/PIP in the last 2 years
