Key Account Manager-CCS

Conduct site visits to existing customer facilities to audit current HVAC systems and identify aging infrastructure requiring upgrades. Explain the technical necessity of transitioning clients from legacy offline systems to cloud-connected assets that unlock energy savings. Maintain a detailed database of the installed base, tagging sites as "AI-Ready" or requiring hardware retrofits. Coordinate with the fulfilment team to ensure accurate pricing for installation labour and cabling, then follow up to secure orders. This role requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering with at least three years of HVAC experience, strong communication skills for speaking with facility managers, and a valid driving license for frequent travel.
