Key Account Manager- Brokerage Services

Manage the entire lifecycle of LTL and Full Truckload shipments by handling high volumes of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and EDI to enter orders, provide updates, and resolve issues for customers and carriers. Accurately process, schedule, and monitor shipments to ensure timely pickups and deliveries while providing competitive quotes and negotiating rates with carriers. Monitor freight in transit to provide real-time tracking and proactively communicate status updates, preparing essential documents including Bills of Lading and uploading shipping paperwork. Develop strong relationships with customer and carrier partners while addressing service failures, discrepancies, and complex logistics challenges. Serve as the crucial link between shippers and carriers to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery.
