Job Summary
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER BIOGEN BIOSIMILARS – EAST SPAIN (Barcelona based) drives territory growth across Cataluña and Aragon by developing tailored business plans, identifying key accounts (payers, pharmacists, hospital managers, physicians, nurses), and building deep stakeholder knowledge to support Biogen’s aTNF products. Responsibilities include regular account engagement, monitoring procurement cycles, leading access submissions and negotiations, coordinating cross-functional resources for local marketing, and exploring portfolio expansion into immunology. Requires a science-related university degree (+ master's), minimum 3 years pharma KAM experience, rheumatology exposure, fluency in English with Catalan preferred, and strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and digital-skill proficiency for hybrid sales activities. Strong ethical, results-driven mindset with a long-term vision and high ambition is sought.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (sciences preferred)
- a master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with hospital products as a KAM
- Experience in rheumatology
- Mid-level in English and fluency in Catalan preferred
- Knowledge of the Catalan healthcare system
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong selling capabilities and interpersonal savvy
- Strategic and analytical mindset with a long-term vision
- High level of digital competency to support hybrid sales activities
