Job Summary

Key Account Manager for Benelux based in Antwerp leading wholesale partnerships and overall business performance across key accounts. Own and develop relationships with key/specialty accounts, define and execute seasonal and long-term account plans aligned with brand/distribution strategy, drive sell-in activities and monitor in-season performance to maximize sell-through, build and manage forecasts across buys/shipments/financial targets, lead commercial negotiations on margins/pricing/distribution, and partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Planning, Finance and Operations to deliver on plans. Lead partner meetings including business reviews, assortment planning, and product presentations. Extensive experience in sales/key account management or wholesale in sports, fashion/lifestyle, or FMCG is a plus; strong English and Benelux language skills (Dutch/French) and local/regional exposure; Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred). Strong negotiation, analytical, and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Extensive years of experience in sales, key account management, or wholesale
  • Fluent in English and in at least one official Benelux language (Dutch and/or French)
  • Experience working within the Benelux market; local background or strong regional exposure
  • Strong commercial acumen and solid understanding of wholesale dynamics
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven track record in managing accounts and delivering against targets
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
