Job Summary
Key Account Manager, BC will lead Organigram’s joint business planning with the British Columbia Cannabis Store and oversee regional accounts in BC. Responsibilities include managing assortment and shopper marketing strategy with the BCCS and BC-based accounts, coordinating with sales planning and supply chain to align forecasts and budgets, delivering weekly/monthly reporting for BCLDB and AGLC, monitoring inventory, pricing submissions, RTV mitigation, analyzing sales performance, handling inquiries and non-compliance issues, ensuring compliance with BCLDB guidelines, coordinating cross-functional meetings, leading customer presentations, and developing tools to provide actionable insights from BC wholesale results. Requires 5+ years of account or field sales, post-secondary degree, and valid driver’s license. Based in Greater Vancouver Area with some travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of key account or field sales experience in CPG or Cannabis
- Post-secondary business degree/diploma
- Valid driver’s license
