Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for developing, expanding, and managing a select group of B2B accounts (NAF) through account planning, demand analysis, and coordination with internal teams to meet sales goals. Duties include optimizing account-management processes, analyzing service demand, advising on products/services, expanding customer buying centers, negotiating with senior stakeholders, implementing client-loyalty strategies, and identifying business opportunities via financial and non-financial data analysis to support short- and long-term decisions. Collaborates with marketing to leverage promotions, aligns products/services with customer needs, and ensures value delivery while monitoring market trends and competitiveness.
