Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for developing long-term partnerships with global client business units, representing the full range of Avetta products and services to the assigned client, driving net new billings and client retention, and collaborating across Implementation, Client Success, Supplier Success, Program Management, Product Management, and cross-functional teams. Role involves creating strategic account plans, conducting remote and onsite business reviews, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring high satisfaction with solutions. Requires the ability to manage multiple stakeholders at client sites and corporate levels, coordinate demonstrations of product features, and maintain accurate sales forecasts. Hybrid arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote) may be available; travel to client sites and events is required. Qualifications emphasize enterprise SaaS experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of Account Management experience in an enterprise SaaS software and/or complex sales structure.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with consideration given to candidates who demonstrate comparable experience and qualifications.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Skilled in use of Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
