Job Summary
Drive QR & Soundbox sales and market share growth across assigned geographies by deploying products to merchants and recruiting new sales teams. Plan market span and geographies, then devise communication strategies to align targets with delivery while minimizing gaps. Monitor quality parameters, validate team acquisitions through audits, and ensure regular sales activity in the field. Conduct extensive travel throughout the specified area to maintain visibility and accountability. This Associate role supports the QR & Soundbox team's mission to help small businesses grow through data-driven technology.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have Experience in Leading Team
- Must Be a Graduate
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap
- Should have good networking capabilities
- willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area
