Job Summary
Drive QR & Soundbox sales and market share growth across assigned regions by deploying products to merchants and validating team acquisitions through regular audits. Recruit and lead sales teams, coaching members on target communication to minimize delivery gaps while monitoring quality parameters. Plan market geographies for field sales execution and ensure consistent sales usage across locations. Travel extensively throughout the specified area to identify new opportunities and maintain visibility on account performance.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have Experience in Leading Team
- Must Be a Graduate
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap
- Should have good networking capabilities
- willing to travel extensively throughout their specified area
