Job Summary
Drive QR & Soundbox sales and market share growth across assigned geographies by deploying products to merchants and recruiting sales teams. Plan market spans, coach staff on target communication to minimize delivery gaps, and conduct audits on team acquisitions. Monitor quality parameters, ensure regular sales activity, and travel extensively to align the team with business goals.
Required Qualifications

- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Should be able to devise the best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap
- Should have good networking capabilities
