Job Summary
Team Lead role within the Oil & Gas vertical at Paytm to work with the business to understand and manage programs for clients/brands, accelerating core growth metrics in sales and distribution. Responsible for guiding a team, monitoring efforts, and ensuring efficient use of resources. Build and hire a new team, define optimal sales force structure, coordinate sales training, manage customer expectations, and drive merchant education on Swipe/EDC benefits. Requires exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; travel to meet clients and attend industry events; strong independent and collaborative work capabilities. Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing (MBA preferred) and 2+ years in distribution sales in fintech, banking, or EDC sales. Must have strong language skills local to the region and willingness to travel.
