Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for maximizing utilization and patient access to Alfasigma’s portfolio in designated Swiss territories/accounts, driving account stakeholder relationships, and delivering value through strategic account plans. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business targets, lead and monitor account plans and KPIs, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and participate in designated events to raise disease awareness and patient access. Requires exceptional communication skills, fluency in German with English (and French or Italian as an asset), and proven experience in pharmaceutical account management with a focus on Gastroenterology and specialty care.
Required Qualifications
- Qualification in Sales, in Marketing or Life Sciences domain desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Swiss pharmaceutical industry
- Account management experience in Gastroenterology an advantage
