Job Summary
Prospect sell and manage national chain and key accounts as the primary contact, maintaining strong client relations through active communication, problem resolution, and attendance at meetings and tradeshows. Identify trends, determine client satisfaction, and assist in increasing market share by developing growth plans, acquiring new accounts, and presenting value-added services and incentives. Ensure all paperwork, audits, inspection reports, and summaries are completed while keeping account files up-to-date and communicating client concerns to branches for immediate resolution. Assist with training, marketing materials, collections, and sales presentations, while maintaining a clean work area and attending professional conferences to stay current in the field.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English and/or French
- Written and verbal communication
- interpersonal and support skills
- 3 years' sales experience
- 3 years' in a service industry
- Strong organizational, time-management and multi-tasking ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
- Able to use all related hardware and software
