Job Summary
Associate Key Account Manager will manage fast-growing e-commerce sales of large brands through online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, 11 Street, JD Central, etc.) and their own webstores; design and implement high-impact promotion campaigns to increase client sales; ensure optimal product presentation and visibility on all online channels; advise clients on Ecommerce strategy related to merchandising, promotion planning, and marketing activities; coordinate with internal (tech, warehouse, marketing) and external parties (marketplaces); potential to evolve to a category role with management responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year working experience in e-commerce or International Brands like FMCG, H&B Company, H&B retail, etc (commercial/account management roles)
- Fluent Thai and English
- Ability to work independently with high level of responsibilities, including direct relation with clients' persons-in-charge
- Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
