Job Summary

Deliver sales results across a defined strategic target list by executing disciplined call strategies that deepen relationships and drive adoption. Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts, utilizing advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities and translate data into outcome-driven action plans. Prioritize and execute tactical account plans tailored to stakeholder priorities, ensuring full PDMA compliance while sharing insights with leadership to maximize performance. Build credible relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers, integrating market access considerations into clinical recommendations to enhance patient pathways. Collaborate closely with territory leaders, medical teams, and sales operations to elevate national performance and drive the Tarsus culture of commitment and excellence. This field-based role requires 40–60% travel within the Houston, Dallas, or Austin geography, with additional travel to conventions and HQ in Irvine, CA.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical sales, account management, market access or relevant healthcare experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years of direct pharmaceutical sales experience
  • A proven track record of top tier success
  • Eye Care experience
  • Successful launch experience
  • Established track record of managing complex or strategic accounts
  • Evidence of excellent problem-solving and collaboration

Desired Qualifications
