Job Summary
Manage clinical agency lifecycle value, leading negotiations for high-potential partners and establishing tiered training and compliance support systems. Construct and enforce the KA channel price control framework, including unified standards, discount policies, and anti-counterfeiting measures to ensure market stability. Operate deep terminal strategies within top-tier hospitals by coordinating academic support, supply chain logistics, and high-level client relationships to drive product adoption and repurchase rates. Analyze multi-dimensional sales and operational data to generate strategic reports that optimize pricing, agency management, and internal cross-functional collaboration. Achieve company-mandated KA channel performance targets while maintaining strict adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical KA customer management experience
- Familiarity with clinical channel operation models
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes
- Familiarity with insurance policy

- Excellent agent tiered management and negotiation capabilities
- Ability to efficiently promote large-scale, high-value agent cooperation
