Job Summary
Key Account Executive responsible for managing strategic accounts in medical device manufacturing, driving year-over-year revenue growth across 5–10 high-value accounts, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers. The role requires anticipating customer needs, coordinating cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, procurement, engineering, and production teams, integrating into customer workflows to support R&D and innovation cycles, identifying and pursuing new business using a broad component portfolio, and guiding component selection, costing, and risk assessment early in development. Strong relationship-driven, consultative sales experience engaging with engineering and R&D stakeholders is essential; an engineering or technical background is a plus.
