Key Account Executive (CDMX, Puebla, Querétaro)

Coordinate and track import/export operations (maritime, air, and land) per INCOTERMS and service agreements. Manage end-to-end logistics including port clearance, customs, cargo release, and ground transport. Prepare and validate commercial, customs, and operational documentation while maintaining continuous communication with clients, agents, and suppliers. Register shipment milestones in corporate systems, invoice, cost, and close shipments to verify profitability and KPI compliance. Generate operational reports and attend service review meetings with clients and the agent network. Ensure accurate data integrity in company systems and adhere to SOPs, COPs, and organizational guidelines.
