Job Summary
Key Account Executive at Axon focusing on the Southeast territory. Owns and grows revenue and market share for designated agencies by developing and executing account strategies, cultivating customer relationships, coordinating with experts to deliver relevant value propositions, forecasting and reporting, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing the entire book of business, driving revenue growth, coordinating with accounts, and sometimes providing customer product training. Requires 5+ years of customer-facing SaaS/Cloud sales, 3+ years managing major accounts, Salesforce CRM experience, willingness to travel 70%+, and strong communication of complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Travel, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on customer outcomes are emphasized; compensation includes OTE and uncapped commissions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated successful customer facing SaaS / Cloud software sales experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a book of business of Major Accounts
- Solution or consultative sales experience within complex sales processes
- Data management experience using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM
- Strong understanding of Cloud and SaaS
- Able to travel 70%+ (3-4 days a week on the road) including overnight travel
- Able to clearly and directly articulate complex solution offerings across technical and non-technical audiences
- Startup experience & some vertical experience
- Law Enforcement / Public Safety experience
- Team Player: collaborate with various team members regularly
- Ready to own & drive the territory
