Key Account Executive

Key Account Executive responsible for managing and growing revenue for designated agencies within the Southeast. Develop and maintain client relationships, craft and execute account strategy with the account team, track customer activity in internal systems, and oversee all account activities to ensure high customer satisfaction. Foresee opportunities to deliver stronger value propositions, collaborate with experts when needed, forecast and report to management, and may provide customer product training. Must be able to travel ~70% (3-4 days/week) and communicate complex SaaS/Cloud solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ideal candidates possess SaaS/Cloud sales experience, experience managing major accounts, Salesforce data-management skills, and public safety or law enforcement domain experience; startup exposure and a demonstrated ability to own and drive a territory. Desirable attributes include strong relationship-building, collaborative teamwork, and a focus on customer outcomes and revenue growth.
