Job Summary

Key Account Executive responsible for owning and nurturing a portfolio of existing accounts across all levels of stakeholders, aligning delivery with client goals, identifying expansion opportunities, and acting as the client advocate inside Accedia. You will prepare proposals, manage activities in CRM, and collaborate with Engineering Management, Account Management, and Business Development to ensure sustainable growth and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a senior, enterprise-focused mindset with deep relationship-building skills, strong communication with senior leaders, and a track record of retaining and expanding client accounts within IT services, preferably with Fintech or Manufacturing domain experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Management, Business Consulting, IT Management, Finance, Economics, or related
  • 8+ years of professional experience in account management, client relationship management, consulting or a related commercial role
  • Domain expertise in Fintech or Manufacturing is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of the IT consulting and services business
  • A consulting or management consulting background, with the structured thinking and client instincts that come with it
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills, with a track record of retaining and growing client accounts
  • Confident stakeholder communication - comfortable engaging senior decision-makers and translating between business and technical conversations
  • Commercial awareness: you understand how engagements create value for both the client and the business
  • A collaborative style - you work naturally with delivery and business
