Job Summary
Represent Madrigal with Integrated Delivery Systems and large HCP Super Groups, engaging C-suite executives, pharmacy directors, and medical directors. Articulate compelling unbranded and branded messaging within PI labeling, including Brand Value Propositions, clinical information, and Health Economic Data. Drive customer engagement by providing deep insights on the MAFLD/MASH disease continuum, market conditions, protocol development, and formulary changes. Leverage core key account resources and sales planning tools to optimize performance, while collaborating with matrix teams to develop patient-centric solutions. Develop and execute Key Account matrix business plans in cooperation with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Market Access. Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. This role reports to the Executive Director, Health Systems, requires 60-80% travel, and is based within the assigned geographic area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 12 or more years of successful account management in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive customer relationships with key account RX and Medical Directors
- Ability to travel 60-80%
- Valid driver's license
- Reside within the geographic area of responsibility
