Job Summary
Represent Madrigal with Integrated Delivery Systems and large HCP Super Groups, engaging with C-suite executives, pharmacy directors, and medical directors within assigned accounts. Articulate compelling unbranded and branded messaging within PI labeling, including Brand Value Propositions, clinical information, and Health Economic Data. Drive customer engagement by providing deep insights on the MAFLD/MASH disease continuum, market conditions, and formulary changes. Leverage core key account resources and sales planning tools to optimize performance, while collaborating with MML, HEOR, and Marketing teams to develop patient-centric solutions. Develop and execute Key Account matrix business plans in cooperation with cross-functional leaders, ensuring all activities comply with applicable laws and company policies. This role reports to the Executive Director, Health Systems. Candidates must reside within the geographic area of responsibility, hold a valid driver's license, and be able to travel 60-80%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 12 or more years of successful account management in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive customer relationships with key account RX and Medical Directors
- Ability to travel 60-80%
- Valid driver's license
- Reside within the geographic area of responsibility
