Job Summary
FX Sales Director role leading client acquisition and relationship-building in Latvia. Originate new business targeting clients with £50M+ turnover; sell cash management, FX hedging, and payment products; translate client strategy into Ebury solutions; maintain ongoing customer contact, quality reporting via Salesforce, and superior product knowledge. Must exceed sales quotas with a proven track record in FX, develop strategic sales approaches, negotiate with senior stakeholders (including C-suite) across international companies, nurture long-term relationships for repeat business, and demonstrate understanding of treasury and budgeting needs. Requires fluent Latvian and English and offers a generous commission structure and international development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals in FX industry
- Ability to develop sales strategies based on customer feedback and market environment
- Skilled negotiator and communicator, able to engage senior-level (including C-suite) stakeholders in international companies
- Fluent in Latvian and English
- Strong client relationship/servicing orientation with focus on long-term commercial relationships
- Good understanding of treasury and budgeting needs for businesses
- Experience communicating product benefits and solutions to clients
