Job Summary

Develop and drive global account strategy in coordination with scientific and business operations teams to cultivate partnerships with leading biopharmaceutical organizations. Meet and exceed revenue goals for Tempus Dx and CRO product lines while building executive and R&D relationships to position the company as the preferred Precision Medicine Partner. Negotiate, secure, and manage contracts with assigned client accounts, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver value and announce impactful case studies. Contribute to the Life Sciences portfolio by providing feedback on client responses and maintaining a solution-oriented mindset to advance innovation. Travel approximately 30% of working time domestically and internationally.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development and Sales within the Life Sciences sector, serving as the primary account and manager (Pharma/Biotech)
  • Bachelor degree in a Science or Business discipline

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD or Healthcare certification)
  • 5+ years of experience working with organizations that support Life Sciences companies in R&Dt and/or diagnostic solutions used in clinical trial selection
  • Strong knowledge of the drug and diagnostic regulatory approval processes, both in the U.S. and internationally
  • Deep understanding of clinical trial design, execution, and timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with clients, acting as a strategic advisor
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing large, complex, multi-year agreements
