Key Account Booking Agent-UK Market -

Key Account Booking Agent role supporting UK dealership network from Tunisia. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day back-office operations for vehicle bookings and warranty claims, assisting with submitting and tracking invoices for reimbursement, sourcing vehicles and coordinating bookings per customer requests, verifying warranty coverage, following up on outstanding payments, identifying and proposing process improvements, maintaining accurate records, and daily communication with dealerships and internal teams via email and phone. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 0–3 years of related experience, fluent English (French a plus), strong communication and analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. On-site for the first 2 months, then hybrid based on autonomy and performance; 40 hours/week, permanent CIVP contract, night shift premium option, and additional benefits such as meal vouchers and group insurance.
