Job Summary
Lead Key Account & Partnerships team in Hungary, owning strategy, performance, and growth of a portfolio of strategic merchants and partners. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts; drive growth opportunities, improve retention, and optimize profitability. Coach the team, apply data-driven insights to guide decisions, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance revenue and merchant experience. Requires 5+ years in outbound sales, business development, or partnerships; proven leadership; strong negotiation and analytical skills; and fluency in Hungarian and English.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or partnerships
- previous people leadership experience, ideally in a sales, account management or partnership environment
- proven ability to manage and grow complex commercial relationships
- strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and ownership mindset
- excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
- ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- strong analytical skills and comfort using data, portfolio insights and commercial metrics to drive action
