Kettle Loader- Independence

Operate load and batching machines and read/interpret recipes and procedures. Ensure knowledge of food ingredient functionality, GMPs, and food safety regulations; verify batch ingredients and weights; assemble, disassemble, and sanitize equipment; set up and tend equipment that cooks, blends, or processes ingredients according to formulas; control equipment to maintain product quality; monitor for malfunctions and report any issues; complete changeovers; follow Allergen Management Program; use scales and pre-batch next day’s production; adhere to USDA and HACCP requirements; maintain compliance with government regulations and documentation.
