Kettle Assistant

Kettle Assistant responsible for operating and supporting production activities in a food manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include ensuring GMP compliance, security and safety, accurate product description and lot verification, measuring and weighing products for correct percentages, maintaining material logs, following product specifications, operating equipment (bins, mixer, oven), meeting production and quality targets, and adhering to cleaning procedures using 5S methodology. Must be mechanically inclined, reliable, and able to work rotating shifts; physically capable of lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for extended periods. Must possess basic math, reading, and strong communication skills; prior experience with pallet jack operation and ability to handle equipment safely are preferred. Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent. Location: El Paso, TX (USA). This is an entry-level, full-time role with no explicit relocation or visa sponsorship indicated.
