Job Summary
Ketamine Infusion Nurse in a calm outpatient clinic: administer IV ketamine infusions, monitor and comfort patients before/during/after treatment, provide emotional reassurance and clear education to patients and families, maintain thorough documentation, and support clinical care remotely via telehealth on non-infusion days. Collaborative team environment with a 3-day, 12-hour shifts week, low patient volume (2 patients per nurse), and a focus on quality care and clinician well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (unrestricted)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Confidence with IV placement and maintenance
- Understanding of medication safety, sterile technique, and infection control
- Compassionate, calm, and clear communicator
- A mindset that values teamwork, empathy, and flexibility
