Job Summary
Ketamine Treatment Nurse - administer ketamine IV infusions in an outpatient, low-load setting; monitor and comfort patients before, during, and after treatment; provide emotional reassurance, education, and clear communication to patients and families; maintain detailed documentation; support clinical care remotely via telehealth on non-infusion days; collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality care; enjoy a 3-day work week with 12-hour shifts and a low patient load to prioritize patient-focused care and clinician well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (unrestricted)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Confidence with IV placement and maintenance
- Understanding of medication safety, sterile technique, and infection control
- Compassionate, calm, and clear communicator
- A mindset that values teamwork, empathy, and flexibility
