Job Summary
Microscopically evaluate a diverse range of cytological materials including cervix, general cytology, and bone marrow morphology to formulate and often authorize diagnoses independently. Participate in daily sign-out meetings with cytopathologists to prepare and handle cases, while assisting clinicians during puncture procedures such as ROSE. Mentor inexperienced analysts and contribute to quality assurance of techniques within the care system. Engage in continuous internal consultation for complex cases, support departmental policy development, and explore opportunities in LEAN, digitalization, or the Works Council.
Required Qualifications
- MLO- of HLO-diploma richting pathologie
