Job Summary
Senior Transportation Project Manager leading design teams on Kentucky transportation projects, developing client relationships, building a local team, and delivering preliminary through final design and contract documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with multidisciplinary staff, providing technical expertise in design phases, proposing solutions to design challenges, supporting business development, and mentoring team members while ensuring quality control and compliant project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or closely related field
- 10+ years of experience in the Transportation engineering field
- Professional Engineer’s License in Kentucky
- Hands-on experience in OpenRoads Designer
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to implement WSP's Quality Control Procedures
