Job Summary
Lead the Foods Division by ensuring high-quality guest experiences while achieving budgeted revenue, cost, and profit goals. Manage direct reports through coaching and feedback, oversee P&L activities including business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and drive safety compliance through daily logs, audits, and host training. Coordinate staffing needs with HR, deploy labor across multiple outlets, and monitor POS procedures and weekly inventories. Develop action plans for business shortfalls, research supplies, and maintain park maintenance programs. Perform operations as Person in Charge when needed and manage credit card transactions per PCI standards. Maintain flexibility for varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while modeling Great Place to Work behaviors to foster engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 20 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A proven track record of advancement to higher levels of management
- Experience in the theme park, tourism, hospitality or entertainment industry
- Strong business acumen
- A proven track record of strong financial growth
- Skilled in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively using standard English grammar and punctuation
- ServSafe Manager certified or the ability to become ServSafe, Allertrain, and TIPS certified within the first 30 working days
- Ability to successfully complete background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- Culinary School Diploma or Degree in Food Service Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of Multi Unit Service Management experience
