Job Summary
Supervise and manage structured dog playgroups while reading behavior to prevent escalation before it happens. Maintain a clean, organized kennel environment for up to 30 dogs by executing feeding, medication support, and daily care routines. Adhere strictly to all safety and compliance protocols, including Department of Agriculture standards and inspections, to represent a high standard of care. Morning shifts run 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM; evening shifts run 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Starting pay is $13/hour with growth potential up to $20/hour, including weekend and holiday rates. Required Qualifications
- Prior kennel and/or dog playgroup experience
- Strong understanding of dog behavior and group dynamics
- Ability to stay calm, assertive, and aware in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, accountable, and team-oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a licensed facility
- Familiarity with Department of Agriculture standards and inspections
