Job Summary
Sanitize kennels, clean crates, and socialize dogs and puppies arriving from high-kill-rate shelters. Read signs on kennels to identify special feeding programs and notes for your section. Train dogs to become good on a leash and monitor when they need medical attention. Run errands and vet runs as needed. Lead your team, work with staff in all areas, and maintain attention to detail and punctuality. Learn sections to advance to a manager or lead position.
