Job Summary
Supervise and monitor dogs during group play sessions to ensure safety and positive interactions while feeding, watering, and providing basic care in accordance with owner instructions. Clean and sanitize kennel areas, play yards, and common spaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Assist with dog check-in and check-out procedures, verifying vaccination records and owner information, and identify and report any signs of illness, injury, or behavioral concerns to management. Communicate professionally with pet owners regarding their dog's stay and daily activities. This role requires genuine love for working with dogs of all breeds and sizes, the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and comfort handling large, energetic dogs simultaneously.
