Job Summary
Respond to inbound and outbound sales calls, internet inquiries, and follow up with active prospects to build rapport and referrals. Set up client appointments, negotiate vehicle prices with management staff, and use computers and social networking sites to maintain contact. Attend sales meetings and trainings while assisting with showroom and vehicle lot displays. Make and receive approximately 40-70 calls daily, spending up to three-quarters of your shift on phones or computers, with occasional standing or walking outdoors. Work weekends and evening shifts with a valid driver's license and capacity to operate various vehicle types.
