Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Service Technician or mechanical experience at a dealership or large independent shop
- Ford Certification
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership is preferred
- Previous experience working with luxury vehicles is preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to operate a wide variety of both automatic and manual transmission
- Able to drive various vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models
