Kendall Ford Express Service Advisor

Interface with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, verify work was properly performed and diagnosed, and research vehicle history to make educated recommendations. Input and maintain customer information, complete work tasks in an efficient and organized manner, and use telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day. Schedule service appointments and prioritize items in order of importance for our customers. This role requires experience in service writing, dealership experience, and strong customer service skills. Competitive pay plan with an annual wage of $40,000-$65,000 and substantial bonus program.
